Quick And Easy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. water
1 c. milk
1 (6.5 oz.) pkg. instant mashed potato flakes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 (2 oz.) jars diced pimentos, drained
1 tsp. chives (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine water and milk in heavy saucepan; bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir in potato flakes.
Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients, stirring until blended.
Cover and keep warm.
Makes 4 servings.
