Baked Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, coarsely shredded
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cream
    6 slices Canadian bacon or several slices regular bacon
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, flour, salt, pepper and cream.
    Put cabbage in casserole dish that has been lightly sprayed with Pam. Pour cream mixture over cabbage.
    Take 6 slices Canadian bacon and lay on top of mixture or if using regular bacon, enough to cover over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
