Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 c. cream
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 tsp. minced onion
    3 tsp. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    chicken or turkey slices
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in melted butter until tender.
    Whisk in flour, mixing well.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Gradually add chicken stock and cream; heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add 1 cup grated cheese and stir until melted.
    Place broccoli and chicken or turkey slices in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven; spread with heavy cream, whipped, and top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Place in broiler until browned.
