Peanut Butter Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. peanut oil
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. milk
2 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Saute the onion in the peanut oil, until tender.
Add the flour, celery salt and salt.
Blend in the peanut butter.
Add the milk gradually, stirring to blend.
Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened.
Add the tomato juice; bring to a boil.
Serves 4.
