Cheddar Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (room temperature)
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dried chives
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dill seed or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    cocktail rye bread
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients except rye bread in medium bowl until creamy.
    Pack into 2-cup crock or non-metal container; cover tightly.
    Refrigerate at least 24 hours, no longer than 2 weeks. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
    Garnish with snipped chives if desired.
    Serve with cocktail rye bread.
