Turkey-Rice Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked instant rice
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 can Italian tomato soup
    1 1/2 cans water (use soup can)
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions to make one cup cooked rice; set aside to cool.
    Combine ground turkey, egg, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, pepper and onion.
    Mix well.
    Add cooked rice to meat mixture; mix well.
    Shape mixture into 2-inch balls.
    Heat olive oil in large skillet.
    Brown meatballs on all sides.
    Cover and cook about 10 minutes.
    Remove from skillet.
