Creamy Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, broken
    1 c. thinly sliced radishes
    3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    4 or 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Caesar salad dressing mix
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, radishes and green pepper. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over cauliflower mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
