Uncooked Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    homogenized milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and salt; add milk and vanilla.
    Pour into freezer container.
    Add homogenized milk to fill-line of freezer container.
    Freeze with ice cream freezer.
    Makes 1/2 gallon.
