Zucchini And Parmesan Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. zucchini (about 4 c. shredded)
1 onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch rectangular pan. Shred zucchini and onion.
Combine all ingredients, except eggs and oil.
Beat together eggs and oil and stir into zucchini mixture.
Pour into pan and smooth top.
Bake until edges are brown and center sets, about 25 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before cutting into 48 squares.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
