Mary'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dry bread crumbs
4 c. scalded milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix bread and milk together and let soak three minutes.
Add salt, butter and sugar.
Pour mixture over eggs.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Bake in greased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes, until firm.
