Glazed Sweet Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Pierce potatoes and place in oven.
Microwave for 8 or 9 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Peel and slice into 1 1/2-quart glass casserole, then sprinkle with brown sugar.
Dot with butter. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
Microwave for 4 minutes. Stir and microwave for 3 or 4 minutes, or until hot.
Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
