Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk (large)
    1 can water
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. salt pork, chopped
    1 large potato
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown salt pork; saute onion in same pan until they are transparent.
    Dice potato and boil until tender.
    Add milk, corn, onion, pork and season to taste.
    Heat through before serving.
