Pineapple Cream Cheese Dessert - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add flour and pat in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool.
Beat cream cheese; add powdered sugar.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread over crust.
