My Favorite Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil
    sliced onion
    oregano
    crushed red pepper
    red wine
    sliced mushrooms
    linguini
    chopped garlic
    basil
    ground red pepper
    pepper
    Parmesan cheese
    1 can Progresso crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Warm oil in large skillet.
    Saute garlic, onion, basil, oregano, red peppers and pepper for about 3 minutes.
    Add red wine, Parmesan cheese, mushrooms and crushed tomatoes.
    Bring to almost boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
    Serve over linguini.
