Roasted Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large red bell peppers
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put pepper on a gas grill or broiler until pepper is blackened.
    Take off grill and put in paper bag for 1/2 hour. Peel blackened skin off peppers.
    Remove seeds.
    Slice peppers ; add chopped garlic, oil, and salt and pepper
    to taste.
