Snowballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. ground apricots or dates
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 c. coconut
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix the apricots or dates, coconut and sweetened condensed milk very well with spoon.
Shape into small balls.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Keeps quite well.
Store, covered, in a cool location.
Better if refrigerated.
