Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail with juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients in bowl for 3 minutes by hand. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup nuts (optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
