Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
3 pods jalapeno peppers
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. can whole corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. crab claw meat
Preparation

Saute shrimp, crab meat and butter in saucepan.
Mix milk, cheese, peppers and onion in blender.
Mix corn meal, salt, baking powder, corn and eggs in large mixing bowl.
Add cheese mixture. Add shrimp and crab meat.
Bake in long baking pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve while hot.
