Instant Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/3 c. milk
16 oz. can pumpkin
3 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
2-9 inch pie shells, baked
Pecans for garnish
Preparation

Mix pudding mix and milk in bowl at lowest speed of rotary beater until blended, about 30 seconds.
Blend in pumpkin, spice, and 2 cups of Cool Whip.
Whip.
Pour into pie shells.
Chill 4 hours.
Garnish with remaining Cool Whip and pecans.
