Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices white bread, cubed
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. (scant) lemon flavoring
4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Place bread cubes and raisins in baking dish.
In heavy pan, beat eggs slightly and stir in milk, spices and margarine.
Heat slowly until margarine is melted.
Pour over bread mixture and sprinkle on 1 tablespoon sugar.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
