Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. prunes, cooked
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil and add eggs. Mix well. Mix dry ingredients together and add to mixture, alternate with buttermilk. Add prunes and nuts and mix well. Bake at 350 in tube pan or oblong pan 45 - 50 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing. Frost as desired.
