Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt mixture.
    Mix together egg, vinegar and water.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Chill in refrigerator for short while.
    Roll out.
    Makes 3 pie crusts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
