Toasty Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 slices white bread
butter or margarine
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Toast bread; butter both sides.
Cook and stir meat, onion, celery, prepared mustard and 1/2 teaspoon salt until the meat is brown and onion is tender.
