Cabbage Rolls(German And Polish Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cabbage
    1 c. rice, precooked (instant)
    2 large onions
    1 lb. minced beef and/or pork
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, drained (save juice)
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 large carrot
    2 Tbsp. salt or as desired
    black pepper (as desired)
Preparation
    Place cabbage in boiling water and cook until leaves are softened and easy to separate.
    Remove leaves individually from cabbage head.
    Shred carrots; line bottom of casserole with 1/2 of carrots.
