Angel Food "Dream Cake" - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 angel food cake
2 small tubs Cool Whip
2 envelopes plain gelatin
4 Tbsp. cool water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz. or more) can crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
juice of 1 fresh lemon
1 can Angel Flake coconut or 12 oz. frozen

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold water; add boiling water.
Set aside to cool.
Combine sugar, pineapple, salt and lemon juice.
Add to cooled gelatin mixture.
Let partially congeal.
Fold in 1 tub Cool Whip.
