Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Mix cooking oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well. Add all sifted dry ingredients.
Batter will be very stiff.
Add diced apples and chopped nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9 1/2 x 13 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
Sprinkle butterscotch on top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
May be served with ice cream or whipped cream topping.
