Marilyn'S Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayo
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
1 1/2 c. cheese
pie shell

Preparation

Beat the eggs.
Combine with milk, mayo and cornstarch.
Add hamburger and cheese.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
May add green pepper, onion or whatever else sounds good.
