Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bunch of broccoli, cook 3 minutes
    head of cauliflower, cook 4 minutes
    3 or 4 carrots, cook 5 minutes
    large can of mushrooms
    8 to 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Clean and steam each vegetable in 1 inch of water for time given for each vegetable.
    Drain very well!!!
    Layer 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 cauliflower, 1/2 carrots, 1/2 mushrooms, 1/2 cheese and repeat.
    Blot cream of mushroom soup on top of last layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Let set 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
