Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 2) cans LeSueur peas, drained
2/3 c. celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. green onions or scallions, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise and 1 Tbsp. extra
1/3 c. sour cream and 1 Tbsp. extra
1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation

Add dash of salt and chill.
