Egg Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. pure ribbon cane syrup
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Bring syrup to boil.
Using whisk, slowly and vigorously stir in eggs.
Remove from heat.
Serve over hot, buttered biscuits.
