Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 eggs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 small can Mexicorn
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    4 to 5 hot peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly browned.
