Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    sliced carrots
    diced potatoes
Preparation
    Do not brown meat.
    Pour all ingredients (except carrots and potatoes) into a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Add the vegetables the last 30 minutes.
    This may also be made on the top of the stove.
    It will not require this amount of time when done on top of the stove.
