Overnight Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower, washed and broken into flowerets
    1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Layer first 3 ingredients in order given in large bowl. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise; mix well and spread evenly over the top of vegetables, sealing to edge of bowl.
    Sprinkle with remaining ingredients in order given.
    Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
