No Cholesterol Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 eggshell water
    pinch of salt
    1 scant c. flour
Preparation
    Mix egg whites, salt and water.
    Add flour, a little at a time; mix well.
    Flour bread board.
    Take small amount of dough and roll out very thin.
    Cut with noodle cutter or sharp knife. Bring broth to a rolling boil.
    Add noodles, 2 or 3 at a time. Cover; cook very slowly for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Do not uncover.
