Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ricotta
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until blended well.
    Beat eggs last and mix in all ingredients.
    Bake in glass, ungreased dish in 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then drop temperature down to 350\u00b0 for about 60 minutes.
    When pie is golden brown on top, it is done. Let cool, then refrigerate until cold.
