Salt And Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
1/2 c. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
cooked rice
Preparation

Cut the steak into very thin slices.
In a skillet with a lid, heat the oil and add steak slices.
Cook, uncovered, until browned. Pour out some of the oil and add the remaining ingredients except the rice.
Cover and cook for 30 to 35 minutes until the juice has thickened.
Serve over rice.
