Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well. Carefully stir in potatoes.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and corn flakes.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.
