Red Raspberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    lettuce (optional)
Preparation
    Drain raspberries and pineapple, reserving juice.
    Combine fruit juices and orange juice (should be about 2 1/2 cups liquid). Combine boiling water and 1 cup fruit juice; bring to boil.
    Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
    Add remaining fruit juice. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
