Jiffy Gel Sundaes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. any flavor gelatin
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 qt. ice cream (any flavor)
Preparation
    Empty gelatin into medium bowl. Add boiling water.
    Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
    Divide ice cream among 8 dessert dishes. Spoon hot gelatin over ice cream. The gelatin will thicken as it touches the ice cream.
    Makes 8 servings.
