Bleu Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. olive oil
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) Bleu cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and onion. Gradually whisk olive oil in, then mayonnaise and cheese.
    Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
