Fruit Candies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. apricots
    1 c. dates
    1 c. prunes
    1/2 c. nuts
    rind of an orange, scrape off outside of orange
    1 tsp. ginger
    coconut or melted chocolate chips
    water
Preparation
    Grind the first 4 ingredients together.
    Mix all ingredients in a big bowl; shape into balls.
    Roll in coconut or dip in chocolate (melted chips plus 2 tablespoons of water).
    Set on waxed paper.
