Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 c. leftover rice (cooked)
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Do not use instant rice.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into casserole dish (sprayed with Pam).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
