Cold Buttermilk Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    whipped cream, crushed corn flakes or toasted rolled oats
Preparation
    Beat egg and sugar in mixing bowl.
    Add buttermilk and lemon rind.
    Serve cold topped with whipped cream, crushed corn flakes or toasted rolled oats.
    Makes 6 servings.
