Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 egg
    1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
    chopped onion
    cabbage
Preparation
    Boil cabbage leaves about 5 minutes until tender.
    Mix all other ingredients and form into 9 balls.
    Wrap balls in cabbage leaves.
    Place in baking dish.
    If desired, pour tomato juice and/or sauerkraut over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
