Fresh Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped apples
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
    In a small bowl, combine egg, oil and milk.
    Stir in apples.
    Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture.
    Fill each cup 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
