Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            24 oz. shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed and broken apart
 
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 stick melted oleo
8 oz. pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Mix hash brown potatoes with all the ingredients.
 
Put in a buttered baking dish.
Top with crushed crackers or cornflake crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
