Roman Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    3 pods pimento
    variety of cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    milk
    butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Arrange potatoes in baking dish. Arrange onion and bell pepper on potatoes.
    Sprinkle with flour mixture.
    Put pats of butter on top of flour.
    Pour on a little milk.
    Put cheese strips on top.
    Start with another layer.
    Bake about 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
