Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; refrigerate overnight.
