Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. soft shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cinnamon.
    Soften margarine or shortening.
    Mix in sugar, soda, salt, cream of tartar, eggs adding flour a little at a time.
    Roll into ball (teaspoon) and roll in the cinnamon, sugar mixture.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    Don't overbake.
    Makes 5 dozen.
