Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. fat (may use 3 to 4 Tbsp. olive oil)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped celery, cooked
    1 c. green peas or beans
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. chicken stock
    2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 c. sliced carrots, cooked
Preparation
    Heat fat.
    Add onion and cook until soft and golden, approximately 10 minutes.
    Add flour; stir until blended.
    Add stock slowly and stir over low heat until thick and smooth. Season to taste.
    May wish to use celery and/or onion salt.
